How should I store my bread?

To preserve freshness:

Store at room temperature in a breathable bag or wrapped in cloth to maintain freshness and prevent moisture accumulation, ensuring that the items remain in optimal condition for as long as possible.

Avoid refrigeration

Freeze for extended storage

Review our Bread Care Guide.

How can I refresh a loaf that has gone stale?

Because our bread is made without preservatives, it will naturally firm over time.
The beauty of real bread is that it can be brought back to life with a little care.

To Refresh Your Loaf:

Lightly run the entire loaf under water, just enough to dampen the crust

Place it directly on the oven rack

Warm at 350°F for 8–12 minutes, depending on size

This process restores the crisp exterior while softening the inside—bringing your bread back to a fresh from the oven experience.

For best results, enjoy immediately after warming.

A Note on Care:
We recommend freezing any portion you do not plan to enjoy within a few days. This preserves both flavor and texture without compromise. For more instructions review our Bread Care Guide.

How long will my bread stay fresh?

Our products are free from preservatives, they are best enjoyed within a few days of pickup.
Freezing is recommended for longer storage without compromising quality.

Review our Bread Care Guide.

If something isn’t right, please reach out within 24 hours of pickup, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
