Because our products are perishable and made to order in small batches, all sales are final unless there is an error with your order or a quality issue attributable to us.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After that time, cancellations, changes, or refunds may not be available because ingredients, labor, and production time have already been committed.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at Orders@TheGosheVillage.com. Include your name, order details, and a brief description of the issue. We may request photos when appropriate.

If we determine that an error occurred, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • replacement of the affected item;
  • store credit; or
  • refund of the affected item.

No Shows

Orders not picked up within the stated pickup window and not otherwise arranged with us may be treated as no shows. No shows are generally not eligible for refund. Orders not claimed within 24 hours of the missed pick up window the order will be donated and no refund will be provided.
