Ordering & Pickup Policy

All orders are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation from The Goshen Village.

Once an item sells out, it may not be available again until a future release.

Pickup

Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window listed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Pickup window: Provided During Checkout

Please arrive within your pickup window whenever possible. If you expect to be late, contact us as soon as possible at 469-902-9665 or Orders@TheGoshenVillage.com.

Orders not picked up by the chosen pickup time may be considered abandoned and may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to substitute packaging, adjust release quantities, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable. If we cancel an item you purchased, we will issue a refund for that item.
